Sketch Saturday - Greenery Lane

I’ve been loving the Greenery Lane Bundle, so I couldn’t resist using it for this week’s Sketch Challenge. The floral images are so pretty, and the coordinating dies make it even better. I paired it with the Mixed Up Patterns Designer Series Paper for that perfect woodgrain background layer.

Here’s the sketch I used from the weekly Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge.

Tips & Instructions

  • Secret Sea Card Base - 5-1/2 x 8-1/2, score at 4-1/4

  • Mixed Up Patterns Designer Series Paper - 4 x 5-1/4, adhere to the card base.

  • Coastal Cabana Cardstock - Die cut 2 large greenery pieces using the Greenery Lane Dies.

  • Basic White Cardstock - Using the Greenery Lane Stamp Set, stamp 2 of the large leafy images in Crushed Curry Ink and 2 of the smaller ones in Petunia Pop Ink. I stamped the outline for the small images directly and then stamped off for the filler image. Die cut with coordinating dies.

  • Use the Traditional Labels Dies to die cut the white label and stamp the sentiment in Petunia Pop Ink. I broke it into 2 lines.

  • Adhere the greenery pieces to the back of the label and then adhere the label to the card.

  • Add some Sparkle Dot Essentials.

On the inside layer (4 x 5-1/4), stamp the greenery image in Coastal Cabana and stamp a second time without re-inking.

I love the greenery pieces against woodgrain background layer.
