Sketch Challenge - Welcome Noel

It’s so funny, I just received some of my pre-order products from the new catalog and saw perfect products for this week’s sketch. I used the Welcome Noel Bundle for the trees and the Noel Tidings Stamp Set for the sentiment. These products will be available for purchase starting 9/1/26.

I made this card for the weekly Splitcoaststampers Sketch Challenge. Here’s the sketch I used. You can see all the projects posted for this week’s challenge by clicking on the sketch below.

Tips & Instructions

  • Azure Afternoon Card Base - 5-1/2 x 8-1/2, score at 4-1/4

  • Basic White die cut using the 2nd from largest die from the Perennial Postage Dies.

  • Use a Blending Brush to blend some Azure Afternoon ink on the white layer. Blend in the middle area, not all the way out to the edges. Adhere to the card base.

  • Stamp the large and small trees from the Welcome Noel Stamp Set on Basic White. I inked up tree images in Granny Apple Green ink and then used a dauber to add some Peaceful Pine ink around the edges. This adds a little interest!

  • Die cut the trees using the coordinating dies and then adhere them to the card with Dimensionals.

  • Stamp the sentiment from the Noel Tidings Stamp Set on a scrap of Basic White in Azure Afternoon ink and fussy cut. Adhere to the card with Dimensionals.

  • Add some Radiant Gems.

On the inside layer (4 x 5-1/4), stamp the sentiment in Azure Afternoon. Stamp the small tree on on the bottom corner in Granny Apple Green and Peaceful Pine ink.

I love the soft ink-blended background on this card.

Note: The Welcome Noel and Noel Tidings Bundles along with the Radiant Gems are new products from the September-December 2026 Catalog and will be available starting September 1, 2026.
