The Service Essentials stamp set is perfect for creating cards that honor our service men and women. There are coordinating dies available that you can bundle with it for even more creative options. I especially love the star image—it makes a great background layer and really adds a special touch to the card.

Tips & Instructions
Thick Basic White Card Base - 5-1/2 x 8-1/2, score at 4-1/4
Misty Moonlight Layer - 4 x 5-1/4, randomly stamp the stars using the Service Essentials Stamp Set in Night of Navy ink. Adhere to the card base.
Die cut 2 dog tags from Smoky Slate Cardstock using the Service Essentials Dies. Stamp the sentiment in Night of Navy ink. Adhere the tags together, offsetting a little bit.
Stamp the chain in Night of Navy ink on a scrap of Smoky Slate and die cut with the coordinating die. Adhere to the top of the dog tags.
Die cut the badge from Basic White. Stamp the stripes in Poppy Parade ink and the sentiment in NIght of Navy ink.
Die cut the small star from a scrap of Basic White.
Adhere the die cuts to the card.
For the inside, stamp the sentiment in Night of Navy and the stars in Poppy Parade on a 3-3/4 x 5 piece of Basic White. Adhere it to a piece of Night of Navy cut at 4 x 5-1/4.
This is a wonderful card to send for Veterans Day or to an active service member. It’s a meaningful way to show our appreciation and remind them how much their service means to us.
