I love stamping my own background layer and the new Petals Of Beauty Stamp Set has great images for this technique.

Tips & Instructions
Soft Sea Foam Card Base - 5-1/2 x 8-1/2, score at 4-1/4
Basic White Layer - 4 x 5-1/4
Use the Petals Of Beauty Stamp Set to stamp the images randomly on the white layer starting with the largest image and then the next size and fill in with the smaller images. I used Pretty In Pink on the large flower, Berry Burst on the medium flower and Soft Sea Foam on the leaves. The small grouping of 3 flowers was stamped in Berry Burst but stamped off first to get a lighter shade. Adhere the layer to the card base.
Soft Sea Foam - 1 x 4, emboss using the Beautiful Pattern 3D Embossing Folder and adhere to the card.
Die cut the sentiment label from Basic White using the Words Of Beauty Dies. Stamp the sentiment in Berry Burst using the Words Of Beauty Stamp Set. Adhere to the card with Dimensionals.
Add some Pretty In Pink Gems.
On the inside layer (4 x 5-1/4), stamp sentiment in Berry Burst Ink. Stamp to branches in Soft Sea Foam Ink.
I love the how pretty this card turned out with these colors and the embossed strip.
