The Choose Happy Stamp Set has a nice variety of small images for different seasons and occasions. I thought it would work well for this week’s sketch challenge.
Here’s the sketch I used. It’s from the weekly Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge.
Tips & Instructions
Timid Tiger Card Base - 5-1/2 x 8-1/2, score at 4-1/4
In Color Designer Series Paper (Darling Duckling) - 4 x 5-1/4, adhere to the card base.
Timid Tiger Strip - 1-3/8 x 5-1/4
Basic White Strip - 1-1/4 x 5-1/4
Stamp the sun image in Darling Duckling Ink across the white strip starting in the middle and working your way out on both sides. Stamp the face on the center sun.
Adhere the white strip to the Timid Tiger strip and then adhere to the card.
Stamp the sentiment on a 1/2” strip of Basic White in Timid Tiger Ink. Adhere to the card with Dimensionals.
On the inside layer (4 x 5-1/4), stamp the flower and the bee in Black Memento Ink. Color the bee with a Light Darling Duckling Stampin’ Blends Marker. Color the flower with Light Strawberry Slush and Light Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends Markers.
I love the smiling sun image in the center of the card, so cute!
