The Festive Cheer Bundle has a great two-step stamp set where you can stamp the outline for ornaments and then use a filler stamp to color them in.
The Color Combo I used is from my October Inspiration Calendar - Strawberry Slush, Cherry Cobbler and Garden Green.

Tips & Instructions
Strawberry Slush Card Base - 5-1/2 x 8-1/2, score at 4-1/4
Die cut a bunch of branches from Garden Green Cardstock using the Festive Cheer Dies. I cut around 8 of them.
Die cut the NOEL word from Cherry Cobbler Cardstock.
Stamp the ornaments on Basic White. I used black ink for the outline and then for the filler, I used Strawberry Slush and Cherry Cobble inks. Die cut using the coordinating dies.
Die cut a set of ornament tops and ornament strings from Silver Foil.
Basic White Layer - 4 x 5-1/4
Arrange the sentiment, ornaments and branches on the white layer and adhere them down. I used tiny bits of glue and used my Siicone Craft Sheet. I started with the NOEL sentiment, gluing the L down first and working backwards. Next, I added the ornaments with Dimensionals. Then, glue the ornament tops and strings. Finally add the branches letting them hang over on the top. Cut off whatever is hanging over from the back.
Adhere the layer to the card base.
Add some Rhinestones to the center of the ornaments.
On the inside layer (4 x 5-1/4), stamp the sentiment Strawberry Slush. Stamp the ornaments in black ink and then the filler in Strawberry Slush ink. Stamp the bows on each ornament in Cherry Cobbler ink.
I love the how nicely these ornaments stamp with the black outline and the colored filler, so easy to do!
