To outline or not to outline!!! I used the FREE Sale-A-Bration Stamp Set to create these two cards.
On one card I used the outline stamp and the filler and the other I used just the filler. Two very different looks.
Which do you like better?

Tips & Instructions - Note use a cushion (I used a Piercing Mat) to get a good image when stamping with the large dahlia filler stamp.
Basic Black Card Base - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, score at 4 1/4
Basic White Layer - cut using the largest die from the Scalloped Contours Dies.
Stamp the outline for the large dahlia using Black Memento Ink, then stamp the filler using Flirty Flamingo Ink. Check the petals to find one to help guide you for lining it up.
Draw stem using a Pear Pizzazz Stampin’ Write Marker (use the thick end). Lightly draw an outline for the stem using a Basic Black Stampin’ Write Market (use the thin end).
Stamp the sentiment with Black Memento Ink at the bottom, right corner.
Stamp two sets of the outline for the leaves with Black Memento Ink and the filler using Pear Pizzazz Ink, stamping off first to get a lighter shade.
Adhere layer to card base using Dimensionals.
Add 3 Opal Rounds to top corner.
