Sketch Saturday - Arrange A Wreath

It’s not a partridge in a pear tree, but a partridge tree LOL! I made this card for this week’s sketch challenge from Splitcoaststampers and I really like how it turned out.

The Arrange A Wreath Stamp Set is one of my favorites but I never thought about using it to make a tree until I saw the sketch. I added some hearts between to fill in the empty spots.

Tips & Instructions

  • Poppy Parade Card Base - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, score at 4 1/4

  • Whisper White Layer - 4 3/4 x 3 3/4

  • Stamp the partridges using Granny Apple Green Ink. I started with the center one on the bottom and then stamped the one on either side. Then I moved up to the next row of two and then the top one.

  • Stamp hearts between the partridges using Poppy Parade Ink. I carefully inked up just the one heart and stamped it. Be sure you don’t get ink on the other heart.

  • Stamp sentiment using Poppy Parade Ink.

  • Adhere to card base.
